People want to learn; what can I teach?

What exact PROBLEM are you solving as a creative entrepreneur?

 Once you have a problem, there are multiple ways to solve it. You need to a specific SOLUTION.

Are they extra-large pancakes, small servings, healthy, buttery, covered in chocolate, with a side of fruit, covered in locally sourced honey, built with a junky topping bar?

How do I get these pancakes to people?

Should I open a diner? Should I start a pancake delivery service?

How expensive are these pancakes? What if they are sold in multiples as a weekend service?
