-Every order is handled with care and Seibert Studios want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase.
-If for any reason you are not happy with the work, Seibert Studios will send a full refund (minus shipping) within 7 days of receiving the artwork.
-The work must return in the same condition in which it was received and in the same packaging.
-She is happy to do an exchange too.
-If a work is damaged, please return the damaged work, and Seibert Studios will have Jennifer create a new work for you. Please email a photo of the damaged work for insurance purposes.

-Shipping will happen within 3-7 business days after your order is placed.
- Shipping is included in the cost of the artwork.
- Getting your new art safely to you is important to Seibert Studios. It will be packaged with care. The artwork will be wrapped in paper, and then packaged and cushioned so it will arrive safely. Works on paper will be backed with cardboard to help prevent bending, and mailed in a padded envelope.
- Your art will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail with tracking and insurance or UPS depending on size. You will be provided with shipping information for your package following the date of shipment.
